My future career

I'm in my first year of veterinary medical career and in the future still do not know where I'll work . I have a few things in mind, I would like to develop  in any area of research. Another area that catches my attention is the relationship which may be between veterinary medicine and human medicine. As is rehabilitation.

To begin I would like to develop in any field of university study , it may be some lab work Why a lab? because that is where research comes with trial and error.

Later I would like to gain some experience working on a clinic or something to keep me close to the animals , but I like research. i not pretend keep me distant from the animals.
Parallel to my work , I would keep studying, specializing in different areas, such as surgery, infection, pathology, etc.
I think it is important to stay current in the area of health, science progresses very fast. Discoveries and new knowledge every day.

Another thing of my dream job would be to belong to a organization of animals protection; fight against the abuse, hunting, and others.

A picture that I like...

A picture that I like...

In this photograph are (left to right) Neculman Constance, my friend, me  and Hernan Neculman, cuz of my friend.
This photo was taken on the Monticello's Disco, named Suka, on october 31th.
I like very much this photograph  because involves a lot of good things.
This Halloween we decided with my friends go to a party, but we had to go with costumes ... and had to be compulsorily Zombie or so we thought.
At first we did not know how will transform us to Zombies hahaha ... Our first attempt was to find "zombie clothing", how they saw a zombie?
After a moment our creativity began to flow and with a little makeup and patience we become a great and awesome Zombies.
We went to the party, and a lot of people liked our look. Really enjoyed it. We were dancing when we took the picture, was the official photographer of the Disco where we were.
When I see this picture I remember many funny moments, lots of laughter, dancing and crazy things.

Why do you want to be a vet?

When I was little I always liked to dance. I' dreamed of become a dancer one day , specifically ballet dancer, but to my dad did not like the idea, he said it was a very envious and competitive ...

But I'm not prevented further develop my artistic side,  so then I wanted to be "an artist ", I liked design, painting and decorating . All this did not last long because when I began to grow I realized that my passion is science.

I loved to read scientific journals , hear about discoveries and scientific advances . So I wanted to understand a little more what the journals were saying, and I realized that I liked biology .

For all my interests my first and only choice was to study Human Medicine,   i was trying for a long time get into that career.
Then, when i was looking for another career i remembered that i'd always liked biology!

I wanted to study something that involving a lot of biology and investigation. that's why, after read and researching, and also because how much i love animals, i'd decide for veterinary medicine

My experience at the university until now is excellent ... I love my career , I would love to continue growing in this area .
I think there is a broad field and although there are things I like more than others i'm not yet decided what to work

My favourite piece of technology

My favorite technological object is my camera , because it allows me to freeze special moments of life.Since childhood I have loved photography , I like it so much that my other option was to study photography.

I think it's part of the artistic science of being a good observer in life and be prepared to capture the moment just what happened , I think that patience plays a key factor in the process, waiting for the best shot. It is something that really excites me a lot.
I think the first time was handling a camera at age 11 and fell in love with it at first sight , and although I was always afraid of doing something wrong , I gradually lost their fear and gained trust and confidence hand came the ideas and the desire to improve .

I often use my camera for family occasions and when I go for a walk, but I  almost  always take  it with me.My life without my camera would be something desperate , I mind very much not having my camera with me ... feel that I`m missing something .

Giant Panda

The giant panda is a mammal that eats almost exclusively (99%) bamboo and sometimes birds and rodents.

I like pandas because they are very nice. I love the way they play.

This animal is endangered. One of the reas
ons for its extinction is almost complete reduction of their habitat. The species is highly localized. In 1600 living in the jungles and 200 in captivity. Currently, the last free bears live in six towns in southwest China, these regions are isolated from each other and have been declared nature reserves but nearly half of the bears living outside these protected areas.

Giant pandas reach breeding maturity between four and eight years of age. Female pandas ovulate only once a year, in the spring. A short period of two to three days around ovulation is the only time she is able to conceive. Calls and scents draw males and females to each other.

A wild panda spends much of its day resting, feeding, and seeking food. Unlike other bears from temperate climates, giant pandas do not hibernate.

Adult giant pandas are generally solitary, but they do communicate periodically through scent marks, calls, and occasional meetings. Offspring stay with their mothers from one and a half to three years.
The giant panda has lived in bamboo forests for several million years. It is a highly specialized animal, with unique adaptations.

The panda plays a role in food chains. It isn't an animal that has great importance in the environment because it is in extinction.

My opinion

What is your opinion about same-sex marriage?
I am completely in favor of gay marriage. I think we all have the same rights.
I believe that love does not understand about genres, love is love.

What is your opinion about recycling?
In my personal opinion is the best way to leave a legacy of responsibility to future generations.
I think we need to generate the awareness that the world is not of us, we all live on this planet and we have to respect us. All have the right to live in a clean planet; recycling is like a second chance.

What is your opinion about cloning?
I think that cloning is a breakthrough in science.
I think it's also something that should be handled with great responsibility for this does not turn into a game.
Cloning can be very useful for generation of tissues and organs

What is your opinion about child labor?
In my experience, my sister Barbara worked at 13 years old as a hobby, where she took importance to money, which I think is very important.
But when children are forced to work, I'm against.

What is your opinion about killing stray dogs?
I do not think that is the solution to the problem of the dog population
We need to create social awareness. The responsibility is paramount. If you have a dog you have to worry about all of it... as vaccines, food, etc...
